2 days without

ever felt like you wanted to spill your soul to someone... the same old story you need to get out to provide you with some relief, but you are afraid because if it's a pang you don't want to deal with... why would you expose anyone else to it? So you swallow it, and wait for the moment, however long, to pass. I've had this same cloud forever, and sometimes I want it to go away and let the light in, and other times, I just wish someone was in the rain with me, so that I would know that just one other person knew what this storm feels like.

I never really had anyone TOO talk with, not that i wouldn't. No one cares to not share their burdens with me...
I guess that's why I started Blogging.
If you want to release to me, feel free!!!

*Sigh* or maybe I should use my deep breathing exercises as a better coping skill. *Sigh*

You spoke to what I feel every day. My job is to hear that thing that no one wants to burden anyone else with or even bear to think about, yet I have as difficult a time as my clients with it. It also makes me wonder how much this one thing keeps me from truly connecting with people. I often think that to know me is to recognize that you don't really know me at all. One day, (hopefully soon) I'll be able to tell someone.

I totally understood as soon as I read it. What's even more unsettling is that you and IC are my closest friends, and I see that we've all been feeling the same way. What's happening to our connections with people?
So I'll say to you as you've said to me countless times- call me if you need to talk. No. Actually, just call me. I'll listen. It's never too trivial.

Aww girlie, we all get that way sometimes. Let those feelings out, that's what friends are for. Seriously. Friends are God's way of taking care of us. Don't feel like you have no one, and don't rob your friends of the opportunity to be there for you. Friends are there in the storms and for the sunshine, you just have to allow them to be. You know you have a whole team that adores you, cause I am in that club.
