Alright

Soooooo I have been trying to get back down to fighting weight for a minute now, and so I decided to blog about it so if the next time you see me I am still humungo (for me) then feel free to CALL ME OUT! And I mean call me out BOGUS like some shit that you wouldnt ever say to someone, but you think.. like when you see someone from high school at Target and you think.. DAmn she has put on like 50 pounds, she musta been eating fat back and ho-hos since graduation.. somethinglike that say that to me.

So it starts this week... I am limiting my carbs, going with healthy protein (fish) and vegetables, no fried food. After this week, I will be removing all meat, dairy and limiting my carbs even more. I will be working out 4 times a week in one way or another, eitehr working out at the gym, walkign in the neighborhood, doing the stairs at work, something to get the heart beating and the forehead sweating and then I will be super sexy.. ooh and after this weekend, I will be weaned off alcohol until further notice. Soooooo that is my plan. I would definitely LOVE to give you a weight update, but I will weigh in the mroning to let you know. And no matter how fat I am, over the next 10 weeks, I will be posting my weight, (Frightening)

As far as my other goal.. I am 111 pages into the book I am reading, Baby Proof, for march. I am going to be on time for work tomorrow. And on my road to Sasha Fierce, I got a sexy black dress as NY&Co for 20 bucks. YAY! :-)))))

So.. get ready for the hotness.

The thought of fat backs and ho-hos frighten me. But I'm happy you are working on your weight since you aren't happy with it.

As for getting to work on time- good luck. I am trying to be on time for the entire month of January. Yay for getting to bed on time and picking out clothes at night!

I am that girl that you see in Target and think DAMN, Did she gain everybody's freshman 15? I definitely gained 50+ and I'm trying to work it off. I don't want to be back at my HS graduation weight - mom thought I looked anorexic and looking back, I looked a bit too small.

Good luck on your grind. Maybe we can motivate each other. I might join you in posting my weight but...

Keep us posted on the no dairy and meat. I've been meaning to blog about that. Maybe tomorrow.

B- I was at work on time today!!! :-) By the hair of my chinny chin chin but definitely was at work on time! :-) Yeah I gotta make sure I get up on time, cause I have a habit of baking cakes in the morning instead of getting ready LOL

But I feel you.. gotta get clothes out the night before if you DREAM of getting to work on time.. and get your lunch ready!

C- yeah, I definitely gotta get it together cause we are dangerously close to thirty and the metabolism goes DOWNHILL from there.. so I'm trying to make it do what it do.. I dont think i wanna be back down to high school (though I def thought I was fat in hs).. but about 135 would be nice I think... but ima take it slow and steady so I can win the race!

spider...
so, i don't know you, your height, past weight or workout/eating habits...however, the best way to fail @ major life changes *dieting* is to take on waay too many @ one time.

so, good for no fried food! most of us can live without this altogether. yay! for working out. 3-5 times is a good start.
no meat and dairy? whoooaaa...are you used to this lifestyle? ever? if so, go for it. if not, complete the first 2 hurdles and then add this MAJOR challenge on.

again, i am assuming your motivation is somewhat like mine...starts off damn good and strong and takes a very evil turn after about 90 days. if i feel like i am failing at one aspect, it plummets!

just some food for thought...

Boog, I definitely feel you... but I am an all or nothing kind of person. If I say limit anything, then i'll just limit myself to one order of hooters wings today and one spicy chicken sandwich tomorrow. I actually grew up as a pseudo vegetarian, cause my mom was veggie for a while and only really made meat for us and we never ate red meat. so that's not really much to me. I only really eat chicken as it is.. and the only dairy I eat on any regular basis is cheese. I LOVE tofu with a passion and I use soy in my coffee.. SO though it sounds REAL crazy.. its not THAT crazy LOL but I def appreciate your words definitely...

i'm not giving up dairy and meat forever either. probably 2 weeks while i get the mess out of my system. i just wanna boost the veggies and natural stuff so I can get the gunk out.. but i'll def let you know LOL i may end up eating my words, but i'll be doing it on the blog. lol

ok, first off, i LOOVe the food puns that have (on my part, at least) been inadvertently thrown in..."food for thought, eating my words." gotta love the wordsmiths...

second, well then it sounds like you are good to go. see, i have NEVER given the vegetarian thing a try...i love meat waaay too much. good luck my sister. i know you got this!
